EPSON R230 "Ink cartridges cannot be recognized"? - ssc service utility cx4400

The LED on the color. How do I solve this problem? Be SSC Service Utility Control is to restore, and custom work. I have tried to use the media, but appears to have the same problem. I replaced all cartridges with new original Epson cartridges, and appears the same problem.
I am sure that all cartridges are installed properly.

Additional information: I use my printer for printing photos, documents and invitations and do it for about 2 years. This is the first time I encountered this problem.
