Recently, I took iron tablets and gave blood yesterday and had a headache caused the head before. Feoslol take (the brand of iron tablets). Is it one of these linked, because the headache has come and gone away over the last 2 days.

Headaches are usually due to the higher pressure.
get nervous giving blood, but probably will not help.
They can be drained to the blood. Drink lots of water and eat well. Unless your doctor has told you, iron pills, do not waste your time and money on them.
