Can I take out a Perkins loan for the summer? - perkins loan
I have the maximum federall Stafford loans ($ 12,500). In taking 14 credits in the summer and you need a loan of $ 4,000. I go by the PNC Bank, but I need guarantees.
Am I for Perkins loan? If so, I can for the summer?
